LOL - I had FONV solved like twice before any DLC came out (Dead Money and Honest Hearts were the only ones coming out shortly after) -memories. i got FONV before any DLC was released and went into Hardcore Mode immediately while still finishing up on my FO3 100% bender.
The baldy locks problem occured during my second play through ever (if I'm not mistaken) -not sure as it's been almost 10 years now. Mods potentially have the ability to re-incite issues messing with code and files (ini & config) but have not had similar problems using mods years after the initial incident. The issue is more than likely, therefore, not related to mods (most likely) and DLC (definitely not). Don't know what caused it, but I was not using any mods at all and had no DLC at the time.
I dismissed it and kept playing only to, one day long after, notice everyone let their hair grow out again. (DHT Is testosterone that cnverts into a less usable form with one side effect being hair loss)Ĭrazy enough, I had this problem many years ago playing the game then 'all of a sudden' everybody got shaved. Did everyone have DHT issues before installing the mod?
