Everything in the game can be played co-op, and that’s outright mandatory in more involved activities like strikes and raids. The game has a (now rather lengthy) single player storyline that can easily be enjoyed solo. With Destiny, there is truly something for everyone, and you can play the game however you want. If you’re noting that all of these games are awesome with huge fanbases, you’ll understand why Destiny has succeeded so far. The game combines the action-packed gameplay and loot of games like Borderlands and Diablo with the type of shared universe found in World of Warcraft, with the tight gameplay of well, the old Halo games. Simply put, there isn’t anything else like Destiny out there.
